COVID-19 UPDATE: Whilst there is no current evidence (according to the World Health Organisation) that COVID-19 can be transmitted via fabric/clothing we are taking extra precautions. All returned items are being quarantined for 72 hours so there may be an extra 3-5 working day delay in processing your refunds at this time. We are also quarantining all new stock received from our suppliers for 72 hours before shipping. If you have ordered an item that is in quarantine and may experience a delay in delivery we will inform you of any delays.
Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the original condition that you received the item and with tags intact.
The 14 day returns time starts the day after your order is received.
Please complete the form below to request a return and please send the item(s) back to the below address with a copy of your original invoice enclosed.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Always obtain your proof of postage – We need this to track your return! You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you sending the item tracked. If you have sent your parcel untracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss.

Upon receiving the returned goods your refund will be processed asap, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to expired bank cards – in this instance, we will issue the amount paid to you as online credit or gift card.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition, have makeup stains or have their tags removed. When trying on clothing please check that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or a scent. Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2 – 3 weeks to process.
Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges.
