These terms and conditions determine your use of our website, and by accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. Website Maintenance
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, in the event of technical / maintenance issues, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. Of course, where possible we always endeavour to provide advance warning of if such technical / maintenance issues should arise.
We will do our upmost to ensure all information is as up to date as possible, however we are unable to guarantee that all material is 100% accurate and up to date at all times.
Registration
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You are required to notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting us via [email protected].
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Visitor Information
When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
(b) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
Loss/Damage
We will take all responsible care to keep your personal details secure. However, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage due to the actions of a third party that you may suffer as a result of using this website.
Orders/Deliveries
For all orders placed delivery information is required. In the event of incorrect delivery information provided by mistake / error we will do our upmost to update the details and process your delivery. Please note, this is dependant on the order status.
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information to ensure you can track your order.
In the unlikely event that delivery of the products/s is delayed within our control, we will ensure to complete delivery within a total of 30 days from day of order placement and confirmation.
Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded any amounts paid by you for that order.
Ownership of and risk in the products you have ordered will pass to you at the time they are delivered to you. If you decide to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy, risk will remain with you until we have received the returned product(s) you have posted to us.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below.
Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Faulty Items
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any faulty items caused by the customer, whether it being pulls from wear, incorrect washing and damage from ironing are not returnable and we will not be held responsible. Only Manufacturing faults are returnable. If any items are faulty please email [email protected].
Cancellations
All customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order under the Consumer Contracts Act. We can offer a refund (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with all tags in place as received. Please ensure all packages are returned with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 28 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If items are returned to us outside of this allotted number of days we reserve the right to return the item to you.
